Croatia coach Slaven Bilic has included Eduardo in his squad to face Romania, despite the Arsenal striker not having played a competitive match in nearly a year.
Eduardo has been out of action since breaking his leg in a Barclays Premier League match at Birmingham last February.
However, Bilic believes the 25-year-old has recovered from the potentially career-ending injury and could feature in the friendly in Bucharest on February 11.
Tottenham stars Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric and Portsmouth's Niko Kranjcar are also included in the squad.
