RKC Waalwijk scored a surprise 4-0 win over fourth-placed Utrecht in the Eredivisie on Saturday.
After trouncing Willem 5-1 in their last league fixture, Utrecht were on the wrong end of three late goals after Teddy Chevalier's opener on five minutes.
The loss broke Utrecht's three game winning streak and moves RKC Waalwijk up to 11th place, snapping a run of five defeats for them in all competitions.
Elsewhere, NEC came from behind to edge Heracles 3-2 in an entertaining clash at the Goffertstadion.
Samuel Armenteros cancelled out Ricky ten Voorde's opener with a double to put Heracles ahead in the second half, but Leroy George made it 2-2 and ten Voorde bagged his second goal 14 minutes from time.
ADO Den Haag were pegged back by Jozy Altidore's 64th-minute strike to draw 2-2 with AZ Alkmaar.
And VVV Venlo handed last-placed Willem another heavy loss in a 4-1 result at De Koel.
