Former Arsenal favourite Henry has scored five Primera Liga goals so far in his first season at the Nou Camp, as well as the opener in Wednesday's 2-0 Champions League win over Rangers, but that has not been enough for some critics.

Cameroon international Eto'o expressed his support for the Frenchman, telling www.feelfootball.com: "I don't think he is playing badly if he has scored five goals in 11 games.

"We can't expect him to score three goals in every game. I think it is lack of respect to question Henry."

Eto'o claimed that Henry could not be expected to deliver the same performances with Barca that he used to produce with former club Arsenal.

He told Feel Football: "Barcelona are not Arsenal and don't play like Arsenal.

"Our football philosophy is very different. If people (the club) want to see the Henry of Arsenal they should start signing Arsenal players. For now, they will see the Henry of Barcelona, and I am sure he will give us a lot of joy."
