Atletico Madrid coach Abel Resino is not fearing for his job and is confident one good result can turn their season around.
Atletico started the campaign with high hopes but doom and gloom surrounds the Vicente Calderon after a series of disappointing results.
Last night's 2-2 home draw with Almeria, in which the visiting side equalised in the last minute, has left Atletico second-bottom of the Primera Division standings with just two points from four games.
The Rojiblancos were also held to a potentially costly home draw by minnows Apoel in their opening Champions League group game, and the team's poor form has incurred the wrath of the supporters, who have vented their frustrations at both the players and the board.
Resino, who earlier this week received a vote of confidence from president Enrique Cerezo, is sure to be feeling the heat but insists his only worry is getting the team back on track.
"I'm not scared about my job at all. I'm calm and working hard," he said.
"The only thing that concerns me is looking for solutions to improve the team's mental state, although only results will strengthen the morale of the squad.
"I'm going to do all that I can to turn the current situation around. I'm not worried about, nor am I thinking about, my future. I'll continue to search for solutions for the team."
He added: "The tension being felt by the team is produced by a lack of confidence. We won't get it back until we win again.
"The squad need to stick together. Once match can resolve the problems."
