FIFA's have conditionally agreed to lift the suspension imposed on the Kuwait Football Association (KFA) last month.
The KFA were suspended from all football after it was discovered the association was subject to interference from the Kuwaiti government - a direct contravention of FIFA rules.
As a result the board resigned and a transition committee set up by FIFA in March was reinstated, with pledges to hold elections for new positions on the board.
However, the KFA will be suspended from FIFA with immediate effect if they fail to adhere to the agreements.
