Marco Asenio

The 22-year-old dynamic winger is a key player for not only Los Blancos but for his national side. Despite being left-footed, he can be more of a direct threat when coming infield from the right and has a willingness to cover space and track back. Asensio is armed with pace which enables him to drive the ball up the pitch quickly and can accelerate past defenders in one-on-one situations.

His flexibility is a strong trait, being used at Real on both flanks, as well as behind a lone striker or in a parternship.

Cristiano Ronaldo

No surprises here as everyone will be gazing upon one of the two best players on the planet, to see if he can lead his country to the ultimate glory.

Age is nothing but a number for the legendary Portuguese star, and as he continues to change the face of football forever, there is no doubt that he will find the back of the net, which is what he does best. And it is how he does it, which puts him above. The statistics don't lie.

Sardar Azmoun

Known as the 'Iranian Messi', Azmoun has recorded 23 goals in 31 appearances for his nation and has a noticeable ability to do well in the air using his physiciality. His name is likely to linger on the lips of fans and commentators during the World Cup as he is a taget forward and will always try to make defenders tired, preferring more of the direct play.

Heading is one of his strengths, but also has the ability of close control with his feet. And importanly, his finishing is second-to-none.
