Football West is currently taking expressions of interest from players in the following age groups who wish to be considered for State Team Selection in 2008:


Under 15 Girls: Female players born on or after 1st January 1993
Under 17 Girls: Female players born on or after 1st January 1991
Under 15 Boys: Male players born on or after 1st January 1993
Under 14 Boys: Male players born on or after 1st January 1994

All trials will be held at Gibbney Reserve, Ferguson Street Maylands as follows:

Under 15 and Under 17 Girls: 5.30pm Wednesday 20 February, Wednesday 27 February, Wednesday 5 March and Wednesday 12 March 2008

Under 14 Boys: 7.45am Saturday 23 February, Sunday 24 February, Saturday 1 March and Sunday 2 March 2008

Under 15 Boys: 9.45am Saturday 16 February, Sunday 17 February, Saturday 23 February and Sunday 24 February 2008


Please note that players will be expected to attend all trials unless advised by the coaching staff. Additional trials may also be included at the coaches’ discretion. An outline of the State Team Training Schedule is attached.
