FORMER Socceroo Kasey Wehrman expressed his frustration after Fredrikstad FK suffered another home loss going down 2-1 to Sandefjord in the Norwegian Tippeligaen.
Wehrman played a full game in the middle of the park for FFK who went ahead in the first-half before the visitors grabbed two goals in the second stanza to claim the points.
The result left Fredrikstad, who finished second in the Tippeligaen last season, languishing just one point above the relegation zone in 13th spot on the table.
Speaking to FFK-TV after the game Wehrman was brutal in his assessment of his teammates performance saying: "Against a team like this at home, we should win the game without a doubt."
Wehrman added: "Just that will to win and at the moment it's hard to look in people's eyes and see that.
"It's disappointing because when you're putting the shirt on, you should want to win every game and at the moment I'm not really seeing that from the whole squad."
The ex-Perth Glory and Brisbane Strikers man added: "We're better on paper and we're a better team but that just goes to show you've got to put it on the park and you've got to work hard. Today they had two half chances and they won the game."
Elsewhere in the Tippeligaen, Shane Stefanutto played a full game for FC Lyn Oslo as they lost 1-0 in the capital to Bodo/Glimt. The result leaves Lyn struggling some 5 points adrift in last on the Tippeligaen table.
In Sweden's Allsvenskan, Ante Covic put in a full shift in goals as IF Elfsborg suffered their first league loss of the season, going down 3-2 at Henrik Larsson's Helsingborgs IF. Elfsborg are a point behind leaders IFK Goteborg, who play AIK on Monday.
In Switzerland's Super League, Scott Chipperfield was on the sidelines injured as FC Basel got off to a poor start to the new season losing 2-0 at newly promoted St Gallen.
