Poor display by Socceroos. Oman played out of their skin and defended superbly with good counter attacking.
Schwarzer kept us in the game with three outstanding saves and Cahill came up with the goods. These guys saved us. If Oman had won, we'd have no complaints.

With the Socceroos' first ever game in the tournament tonite against Oman, it's the kickoff to a new era in Australian football. I can't wait for the game to start.
