Ajax have handed Spain international midfielder Gabri a two-year contract extension.
The new deal will keep the 28-year-old at the Amsterdam Arena until July 1 2011.
Gabri joined Ajax in the summer of 2006 from Barcelona and has scored six goals in 43 games in his first season in the Eredivisie.
He is currently serving a three-match ban for his dismissal in the Dutch Cup final.
