SOCCEROO Richard Garcia has missed Hull City's pre-season trip to China with a twisted knee but is expected to be fit for the start of the English Premier League season.
Phil Brown's side, recently linked with Mark Viduka, are in China for a tournament which will see them come up against Joel Griffiths and his Beijing Guoan colleagues.
However, Garcia is not among the travelling party due to his injury. He is expected to be fit for the club's final warm up game next week, a benefit game for club stalwart Dean Windass.
The Tigers, having missed out on numerous transfer targets in pre-season, are now being linked with a move for Darren Bent.
