SOCCEROOS midfielder Richard Garcia could be set for a surprise move from Hull City to English Championship side Coventry City.
Reports from England's The Mirror say manager Aidy Boothroyd will make the Australian his first signing this summer for £500,000.
Garcia's current club, Hull City, are reportedly trying to balance its finances, opening the door for a move for the 28-year-old.
It is expected the Sky Blues will welcome a couple of others to Ricoh Arena with Boothroyd given money to spend.
The midfielder joined the Tigers from Colchester United and is currently hoping to make the final 23-man cut for the World Cup.
