AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso could be ruled out for the remainder of the season with a knee injury.
The Italy international sustained the injury during Sunday's 1-0 win over Catania.
Tests today confirmed that Gattuso has damaged his anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
The club announced that Gattuso will travel tomorrow to Belgium to visit specialist Dr Martens.
