Former Western Sydney striker Kerem Bulut has made his debut for SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the third division of German football after signing on until the end of the season.
Bulut was a 79th minute substitute in Wehen Wiesbaden's 1-1 away draw VfR Aalen overnight.
The mercurial Aussie will have a constant reminder of his last club, however, with with the logo of the 3. Liga side eerily similar to that of the Wanderers.

Bulut, who was released from the A-League outfit at the end of last month after a less than impressive return to Wanderland, said he was looking forward to the new challenge.
He told the club's official website: "Wehen Wiesbaden is the best choice for me. I have been informed about the club and the city from some friends who have already played in Germany. The discussions with the coach and the responsible persons were very good. I am convinced that we will play a good together."
SVWW sports director Christian Hock added: "In the search for reinforcements in the attack, we had not only the German market in mind, but also the foreign countries very closely observed.
"Kerem Bulut had long been in our sights. With our new scouting system, Wyscout, we were able to get a very detailed impression about him.
"Kerem has already gained first league experience at his stations in the Czech Republic, Greece and Turkey. We are convinced that he can enrich and enhance our attack game."
SVWW manager Torsten Fröhling was equally effusive of the club's new signing describing him as a "full throttle" forward.
"Of course, he has to get acclimatized, but we are optimistic that he will succeed," Fröhling said.
The 24-year-old had been linked with Thai club Chiangrai United and Melbourne City before signing with the German side.
A former Sydney FC youth product, Bulut was a huge force for the Wanderers in the 2014/15 season, scoring five goals in nine goals.
He then had a brief stint for Greek side Iraklis before returning to Sydney's West in the current campaign but struggled for game time making just six appearances..
