The 26-year-old has only started once for Antonio Conte's side this term and had failed to find the net in any of his previous three appearances from the bench.

However, having replaced Fabio Quagliarella against Milan, Giovinco scored within two minutes to put Juventus 2-1 up.

"I'm very happy with my goal and I want to continue like this," Giovinco said. "If you score on an evening like this it's a different feeling.

"I dedicate this strike to all of those who stay close to me."

The striker was quick to praise his team-mates for their performance as they came back from a goal down to maintain their unbeaten start to the season and record a sixth win.

"We played a good game and deserved the victory, despite the occasional lapses in concentration that we paid dearly for," he added.

"We conceded from their first opportunity, we need to try and concentrate for the full game. But we played well apart from those opening 10 minutes and I think it's an important win."

The three points keep Juventus in touch with leaders Roma after the opening seven games.
