"I'd definitely like him to say," Spagnuolo tells au.fourfourtwo.com. "He's a coach who's very focussed on us keeping possession. He has changed the way we're playing slightly since he took over.

"Off the park, he's very motivational and encouraging although he'll definitely let you know if you've done something he's not pleased with."

Spagnuolo is in Adelaide recovering from a driver injury in his leg which flared up recently in the ACL.

The tricky wideman adds that the ACL has been "a test of our professionalism. We haven't been outplayed by anyone we just haven't been smart 100% of the time.

"I'm just focussing on playing for Adelaide but obviously one day a league like the English Premiership would be something I'd love to play in," adds Spagnuolo, 22, who's just signed a three year deal with the Reds.

Meanwhile, in Seoul coach Vidmar has ramped up the pressure on opponents Seongnam Ilha Chunma by saying the pressure is on them in tonight's encounter.

"When you look at both teams they are under more pressure than we are to get the win," Vidmar reportedly said.

"They have got a massive reputation in this competition. They probably feel they should have already done better and not be sitting so far behind the leaders."

Tonight's match will be shown on delay on Fox Sports Two at 10pm following the Sydney FC versus Persik Kediri match.
