They may be without a coach or a long-term CEO, but Perth are in the process of securing key talent for next season, securing the services of Chris Harold, Joel Chianese and exciting prospect Jacob Italiano.

Harold signs a two-year deal which will take him to a whopping eight years at the West Australian club, while former Sky Blue Chianese has signed a one-year contract.

Italiano, who has already agreed pre-contract terms with German giants Borussia Monchengladbach, moves from a scholarship to a full contract for his final year in the A-League.

Glory's Football Director, Jacob Burns, was excited about the trio's potential next season.

"Chris, Joel and Jacob are all players with the potential to get people out of their seats," he said.

"Their pace and technical ability give us that vital cutting edge in the final third and in the case of Chris and Joel, we saw towards the end of last season just how effective they can be when fully fit and firing on all cylinders.

"Obviously Jacob is a hugely exciting young player who was given his opportunity to make his mark in senior football last year and certainly took full advantage of that.

"It's great that we have him back on loan from Monchengladbach and I'm sure we'll see him continue to fulfill his massive potential."
