Australian defender Curtis Good has been linked with a transfer to English League Two club Notts County.
Good has been on the books at Newcastle United since 2012 when he left Melbourne Heart, now known as Melbourne City.
But injury has cripped his time at St James' Park and the centre back made just two first-team appearances.
Good made his sole appearance for the Socceroos in 2014 against Ecuador. But the defender picked up a hip injury in that game which put him out of football for nearly two years.
Good has one year left on his deal at Newcastle, but with the club promoted back into the Premier League he may be deemed to be surplus to requirements.
According to reports, the 24-year old could be on the way to Notts County. The Magpies are managed by former Newcastle United midfielder Kevin Nolan and finished 16th in League Two last season.
