Granada have secured promotion to the Primera Division after defeating play-off opponents Elche on away goals.
The Andalusian side have not played in the top flight since 1975/76 but will take their place alongside fellow newcomers Real Betis and Rayo Vallecano next term.
The sides drew 0-0 in Granada's home leg and Granada took a vital lead this time when Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo netted in the 28th minute.
Jordi Xumetra levelled to give the hosts some hope eight minutes from time but there was no second, leaving the visitors to celebrate promotion.
