Parker has been linked with a move away from the Hammers, with the 29-year-old believed to be keen to play Champions League football.

West Ham has already turned down an offer in the region of eight million pounds from the Spurs, and it is believed that Liverpool has made a similar offer in an attempt to secure a replacement for Inter-bound Javier Mascherano.

Sullivan later accused Spurs manager Harry Redknapp of attempting to 'unsettle' the English international, a claim Redknapp dismissed as nonsense.

Grant said he did not believe Tottenham would make a new bid for Parker, who was almost single-handedly responsible for staving off relegation at West Ham last season.

"I think they don't have to make a bid because we make it very, very clear that Scott Parker will stay with us," Grant told Sky Sports News.

"He is staying at the club. He is a good player and it doesn't surprise me that many good teams would want him as he could play for any team in the Premier League."

"But we have plans for next season, not for one season for all the team. We have a vision about the club to have West Ham in a good place and good football and he is a big important part for this project."

Parker has three years left on his current contract, and it is believed West Ham has already begun negotiations over a new five-year deal.
