Socceroo Vinnie Grella has left Parma to sign a three-year deal for Serie A rivals Torino.
The 27-year-old helped Parma avoid relegation from Serie A in the 2006-07 season, making 35 league appearances for the Gialloblu.
The Melbourne-born player is the second signing made by Toro in the transfer market, with the club having acquired former Palermo captain Eugenio Corini earlier in the week.
The Turin outfit, who will be coached by former Sampdoria manager Walter Novellino next term, narrowly avoided the drop after finishing one point clear of relegated Chievo.
