Lyon midfielder Clement Grenier is proud at being linked with Arsenal, but his future remains undecided.
Arsenal are looking to bolster their squad for the coming season and boss Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the 22-year-old, fuelling speculation over a possible transfer.
Wenger previously stated that the France international reminds him of former Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri, and Grenier confirmed the London club have already made a bid.
"I know Lyon have refused an offer from Arsenal. Of course it's flattering that clubs are interested in me," Grenier told Le Parisien.
The 22-year-old also confirmed recently that he hopes his future will be sorted soon.
Speaking to RTL, he explained: "Today, I can’t honestly give an answer (on my future), because my future is not decided.
"I have a meeting very soon with the president, the coach and my representatives, to discuss a little bit of everything.
"But today I have problems talking about my future because nothing is decided. I prefer to wait to be 100 percent sure about what is going to happen."
