Besiktas have confirmed they have all but completed the signing of former Real Madrid midfielder Guti on a free transfer.
Guti, who yesterday brought the curtain down on a 15-year professional career at the Bernabeu, has long been linked with a move to the Turkish giants.
And Besiktas have now confirmed the 33-year-old will pen a two-year deal worth 2.7million euros a season if he passes a medical tomorrow.
The move sees Guti reunited with former Madrid coach Bernd Schuster and the club's new number 14 will be presented to the fans at 8pm (local time) tomorrow night.
Guti made his debut for the Spanish giants in December 1995, having joined the club as a nine-year-old, and was most instrumental in the side which won the Primera Division title in 2001, as he scored 14 goals for the capital club.
In total, Guti played 542 matches for Madrid in a variety of positions, scored 77 goals and won 15 trophies including five league titles and three Champions League successes.
