Star Lille attacker Eden Hazard has ended speculation surrounding his future, announcing he is set to join Chelsea.
The Belgium international has attracted the interest of several clubs, including English Premier League champions Manchester City and rivals United.
But Hazard, 21, revealed on Twitter on Monday he was set to join the Stamford Bridge club from the start of next season.
"I'm signing for the Champions League winner," he tweeted.
Chelsea, who overcame Bayern Munich on penalties in the Champions League final earlier this month, are yet to confirm the deal.
Earlier on Monday, Hazard tweeted: "Good afternoon guys. I made up my mind. See you later. Thanks."
Hazard, the Ligue 1 player of the season for the past two years after his exploits with Lille, is believed to have changed his mind over his future as a result of Chelsea's Champions League glory.
According to reports, Hazard has agreed to terms and Chelsea are likely to confirm the signing in the coming days.
Hazard scored 21 goals in 47 matches for Lille last season.
