Ajax coach Henk ten Cate hinted tonight he would be receptive to the idea of joining Chelsea.
Ten Cate is reportedly a target of the Stamford Bridge club who have earmarked him for a role as assistant to Avram Grant.
The 52-year-old insisted on Friday he had no intention of quitting the Amsterdam club but, following their 2-2 draw at Sparta Rotterdam, suggested he may leave if Ajax and Chelsea could reach an agreement.
He told RTL4 television station: "Ajax and Chelsea must reach a solution.
"If not I will remain with Ajax but otherwise I could leave."
