AZ Alkmaar chairman Dirk Scheringa does not believe there will be many comings and goings in the squad following their successful Eredivisie campaign.
Louis van Gaal's men claimed only their second league title yesterday, and their first in 28 years, thanks to PSV Eindhoven's 6-2 victory over Ajax.
AZ's success has caught the eye of several clubs in Holland and across Europe, with a number of scouts present at their 2-1 defeat to Vitesse Arnhem on Saturday.
But Scheringa sees no reason to tinker with a winning formula.
"They are all young guys. The average age is 22 years. They can still learn a lot and that can happen at AZ," Scheringa told www.knvb.nl.
"We have no contracts ending and I think most guys will stay with us, although I have always said if Barcelona come knocking, we can't keep a player in Alkmaar."
The chairman has no plans to dip into the transfer market either this summer, despite the prospect of Champions League football next term.
"We don't need any new players," he added. "We have a fantastic selection. We can survive with this.
"(Spending money) is not a wise thing to do because we don't need to. Last season we bought players for two million euros, players from the Dutch Jupiler League.
"And those players played with us during this season as if they had never done anything else. It's all about being clever, nothing more."
