CELTIC have been warned they will lose loan star Landry N'Guemo for the Clydesdale Bank Premier League run-in unless they make his transfer permanent.
Cameroon midfielder N'Guemo joined the Hoops on a season-long loan from Nancy but the French club have revealed there is a deadline of April 30 for the SPL leaders to guarantee they have first option on the 24-year-old.
Nancy sporting director Nicolas Holveck said: "When Landry moved to Celtic on loan, we struck an agreement between the clubs over the fee for a permanent transfer.
"That option is in place until April 30. After that, he becomes our property and we can decide which club he plays for next season."
According to reports, N'Guemo would cost Celtic in the region of £1.5million.
