England
Premier League
Tim Cahill (Everton): Currently sitting seventh with two games to play, cannot qualify for Europe. Main aim is to finish higher than eighth-placed rivals Liverpool.
Brad Jones (Liverpool): Sitting in a disappointing eighth-place, but have the FA Cup final to look forward to on Saturday. Their Carling Cup triumph has earned them a spot in the Europa League.
Mark Schwarzer (Fulham): Appear set for a top 10 finish, sitting ninth, out of European contention with two games to play.
Chris Herd (Aston Villa): Down in 15th and still not safe from relegation, three points above the drop zone with two games to play. Host Tottenham then go to Norwich.

Championship
Adam Federici (Reading): Champions and promoted.
Dylan Tombides (West Ham): Finished third and entered the promotion playoffs where they begun with a 2-0 win at Cardiff. Favourites now to reach the promotion decider at Wembley.
Rhys Williams & Scott McDonald (Middlesbrough): Finished seventh, just outside the playoffs spots.
Richard Garcia (Hull City): Flirted with the playoffs but eventually finished eighth. Unlikely to win new contract offer.
Patrick Kisnorbo (Leeds United): Had top six ambitions but finished 14th.
Shane Lowry (Millwall): Finished the season well to avoid the drop and end up 16th.
Mile Jedinak (Crystal Palace): Never realistically threatened the top six and ended up 17th.
Neil Kilkenny (Bristol City): Flirted with relegation but ended up well clear in 20th.

Germany
Bundesliga
Mitchell Langerak (Borussia Dortmund): Champions and will play in the Uefa Champions League again.
Mathew Leckie (Monchengladbach): With one game to play, it's guaranteed they'll finish fourth, meaning a Uefa Champions League playoff round spot.
Nikita Rukavytsya (Hertha BSC): In a desperate scrap to avoid relegation. Sitting second last with one game to play, at home to Hoffenheim. Can only finish as high as 16th, occupied by FC Koln (two points ahead of them) who face Bayern Munich on the final day (Saturday). Sixteenth earns a promotion-relegation playoffs versus 2.Liga's third ranked side, while 17th is automatically relegated.

2.Bundesliga
Robbie Kruse (Fortuna Dusseldorf): Sitting third (the spot which earns a promotion-relegation playoff against the Bundesliga's 16th ranked side) heading into the final day. Cannot finish any higher and level on points with fourth-placed SC Paderborn (who go to St Pauli on Sunday - the final day) with a vastly superior goal difference, while St Pauli are a further two points back. Fortuna host midtable MSV Duisburg on the final day.

Italian Serie B
Carl Valeri (Sassuolo): In the mix for automatic promotion sitting third with five games to play. Top two win automatic promotion, third to sixth enter playoffs. Three points behind leaders Torino, one point behind second-placed Pescara, while they're 10 points clear of seventh-placed Padova. The top three have a game in hand on the rest too.

Dutch Eredivisie
Brett Holman (AZ Alkmaar): Have slipped after being leaders at the winter break, down to fifth with one game to play. Holman's heading to Aston Villa, while AZ cannot make the Uefa Champions League anymore and will likely settle for a Europa League spot.
Jason Davidson (Heracles): Comfortable avoiding the drop, but have fallen short of the Europa League playoffs, sitting 11th with one game to play.
Tommy Oar, Adam Sarota & Michael Zullo (Utrecht): Similar to Heracles, sit 12th after a disappointing campaign which started relatively well.

Russian Premier League
Luke Wilkshire (Dinamo Moscow): Battling for a Uefa Champions League third round qualifying spot with two games to play. Currently sit third (which earns them a Europa League spot), but only two points behind second-placed CSKA in the hunt for UCL football, while they're a point ahead of fourth-placed Spartak. Have the two easiest possible fixtures in the final two rounds against Lokomotiv and Kuban Krasnodar.

Turkish Super Lig
James Troisi (Kayserispor): Finished the season in 11th. Appears to have left the club.

Scottish Premier League
Ryan McGowan (Hearts): Sixth with two games to play. Rangers' off-field issues, means fourth and fifth earn Europa League spots so still in the hunt. Four points behind fourth-placed Dundee United and only one point behind fifth-placed St Johnstone (who they host this weekend, before taking on champions Celtic on the final day).
Aaron Mooy (St Mirren): Sitting eighth with two games to play, well and truly safe.

Swiss Super League
Scott Chipperfield (FC Basel): Champions again (for the third consecutive season), 21 points clear with six games to play. Set for Champions League football next term but likely to move on.

Danish Superliga
Nathan Coe (SonderjyskE): After a brilliant late season purple patch of form are safe from the drop. Sit eighth with four games to play but Europe is out of reach.
Brent McGrath (Brondby): An underwhelming campaign, sitting down in ninth, two points behind Coe's side, but safe from relegation.

Austrian Bundesliga
James Holland (Austria Vienna): With four games to play, sit third, eight points behind leaders Red Bull Salzburg. Second or third earns Europa League spots, although fourth-placed Admira (who they face this weekend) are level on points with them, while fifth-placed Sturm Graz are only a further two back.

English lower divisions
League One
Bailey Wright (Preston): Started the season aiming for an instant return to the second tier but struggled and sit 15th with one game to play.
Dean Bouzanis, Alex Cisak & James Wesolowski (Oldham): Late season slump had them worried about relegation but steadied to sit safe in 18th with one game to play.

League Two
Shane Cansdell-Sherriff (Shrewsbury): Set to finish second and have won automatic promotion with one game to play.
Jamie Young (Aldershot): Pushed for the playoffs but cannot make it now, down in 11th with one game to play.
Aaron Downes (Bristol Rovers): Sitting midtable in 12th after joining on loan from Chesterfield.

UAE Pro-League
Lucas Neill (Al Jazira): With three games to play, sit third, with the top three claiming AFC Champions League spots. Al Ain have already won the title.
Mark Bresciano (Al Nasr): Sit fourth, only a point behind Neill's Al Jazira, and seven ahead of fifth-placed Ajman. Aiming for ACL qualification.
