Sunday's 2-1 win over Nantes marked PSG's first league victory of the season after coming from behind to draw with both Montpellier and Ajaccio in their opening two fixtures.

Edinson Cavani's 24th-minute effort against Nantes was cancelled out by an own goal from defender Alex before Ezequiel Lavezzi clinched all three points with 17 minutes remaining.

Ibrahimovic hailed the importance of the result as PSG moved up to eighth in the table.

"This win is a real boost. We played better than in our last game," he told the club's official website.

"We came here looking for the three points we needed. The season is still very long.

"We are the champions and everyone wants to beat us. But we love this pressure of being favourites."

The Parc des Princes outfit will hope to build on the Nantes win when Laurent Blanc's men face Guingamp at home next Saturday.
