After Danny Vukovic's hamstring injury, it may come as some consolation that he's become a Genk fan-favourite.
Vukovic has been named Genk fans Player of the Month for January, after also earning the award in November.
The Australian shot-stopper has appeared 26 times for Genk so far this season, rocketing into Socceroos contention along with other in-form goalkeeper Brad Jones.
“It was a very good month for the club and me personally,” Vukovic told the Genk website.
“We worked very hard in the camp and I think that really helped us for January and we got some very important results and qualified for the cup final now so we are really happy.”
