Bordeaux and Melbourne Victory fan-favourite Fahid Ben Khalfallah has joined Nunawading City FC.
He's won the Coupe de France, now he's after the Dockerty Cup.
Ben Khalfallah will stay in Australia after leaving Brisbane Roar, announcing his move to NPL 2 club Nunawading.
Khalfallah boasts a career pedigree including an A-League Premiership / Championship double, the Coupe de France and 14 appearances for the Tunisian national team.
The ambitious second-division club already boasts a plethora of former A-League talent including James Brown, Patrick Gerhardt and Mitch Cooper, but FBK's silky skills are likely to be a crowd-pleaser.
The decision to join Nunawading is a backflip for the former Tunisian international, who announced his retirement after Brisbane's quarter-final loss.
“I just want to stop now, I don’t want to play anymore," Khalfallah told Fox Sports.
"I enjoyed it, I loved it and that's it. Sometimes it’s time to stop and do something else so we’ll see."
