Miller was suspended for two matches for apparently hitting former teammate Robbie Kruse around the head in an unprovoked off the ball incident that sent the youngster crashing to the ground.

Tiatto was given a one week ban and an undisclosed club fine for his single finger salute to Melbounre Victory fans during the game.

Today their club accepted the decision and said in a statement: "Brisbane Roar will not seek to appeal Football Federation Australia sanctions placed on Charlie Miller and Danny Tiatto following Saturday's Hyundai A-League match against Melbourne Victory.

"Following a review of all the presented evidence put forward, the club has accepted the sanctions handed down by the Independent Match Review Panel.

"Roar believe both sanctions were fair and reasonable given the evidence. The club now considers the matter closed and will be making no further comment."

Both Roar and Victory are still facing a charge of team misconduct for a melee in the first half.
