Paris Saint-Germain have not given up on the Ligue 1 title despite having only a slim chance of finishing on top of the table.
Montpellier are three points clear of PSG and need only a draw to win their first-ever Ligue 1 title.
For PSG to triumph, the capital city club must win their last game of the season away to Lorient on Sunday and hope that Montpellier lose in their trip to bottom-club Auxerre.
PSG defender Christophe Jallet has reminded his team-mates to concentrate on their own match first before worrying about results elsewhere.
"We don't have our fate in our hands anymore," Jallet said ahead of Sunday's final round.
"First thing we must win our last game and take the three points to hope to join Montpellier on top of the table.
"Then, we must hope that Auxerre will get a result against them, and who knows ? Why not, Auxerre beating them?
"That's the scenario we need to be champion, it will take many conditions for us to make it.
"That's why I think that there is just a small percentage of us clinching the title, but we still believe that it is possible."
While Montpellier face an Auxerre side which are already relegated, relegation-threatened Lorient are likely to provide PSG with a tough test.
Lorient know a win will keep them in Ligue 1 next season.
"They will want to shine as some players will try to go to another club," Jallet said.
"This last game can be a good opportunity for them as many people will watch it and don't forget that they are professional, so they will try to finish the job.
"I am sure that they will give their best to shine in front of their fans."
