Australian full-back Scott Jamieson could be set for an A-League return with his Swedish club IFK Goteborg confirming he'll depart due to family reasons.
The Sydney-born 28-year-old only joined IFK in August last year after leaving Western Sydney Wanderers.
IFK sports director Mats Gren confirmed the news, insisting the decision was for family reasons and nothing to do with football.
"It's not a matter of dissatisfaction with anything, on the contrary, he really enjoyed his time with us," Gren told the club website.
"The decision is purely for family reasons."

Gren added: "He may go on loan or a permanent transfer to any club, but it will take time to confirm.
"At the moment, Scott is free to return to his family in Australia."
Jamieson was a regular in the first XI in 2016, but has only made two league starts this calendar year.
The four-time Socceroo has previously had A-League spells with Wanderers, Perth Glory, Sydney FC and Adelaide United.
