The 25-year-old midfielder played the full 90 minutes as Graz secured the three points they needed for at least a top three finish.

Jeggo, who was named in Ange Postecoglou's provisional Socceroos' 30-player squad earlier this week, has made 34 appearances in all competitions for Graz.

He battled a glute injury in March, keeping him out of the last Australia camp where he was expected to be in line for his international debut.

The Australian's side can still qualify for the UEFA Champions League as they battle Austria Vienna to finish in second spot with one game to play.

Sturm Graz need to better Austria Vienna's final day result to climb above them with both sides level on 60 points.

A significant victory for Graz may be enough too, with the sides locked on goal difference, with Austria Vienna only ahead on goals scored.

Sturm Graz is away to eighth-placed Wolfsberger AC and Austria Vienna journeys to midtable Admira on the final day.
