After Kazuma Watanabe's 82nd-minute goal looked to have earned Tokyo a draw, Yoshihito Fujita struck the winner for Marinos, sending the Yokohama-based club to the top of the J. League after four rounds.

In the 90th minute, Shingo Hyodo's reverse pass on the edge of the area released Fujita, who slotted his shot in off the far post to send the home fans wild.

Fujita scored twice for the hosts as they won their fourth-straight game to begin the 2013 season, with Yokohama moving two points clear at the top of the J. League table ahead of Urawa Red Diamonds and Cerezo Osaka.

Tokyo led at half-time after Tadanari Lee's 27th-minute strike but 15 minutes into the second half and Marinos equalised in fortunate fashion.

Captain Shunsuke Nakamura's free-kick took a massive deflection off the wall and looped into the net.

In the 68th minute, Fujita put Yokohama ahead and despite Tokyo's late heroics, Marinos ensured they claimed the three points.

Meanwhile, Urawa Reds remain unbeaten in the league this season after a 2-0 win away at Albirex Niigata to take second spot on the table.

Tomoaki Makino put the visitors ahead at Tohoku Denryoku Big Swan Stadium on six minutes, before the three points were secured when Marcio Richardes scored in the second minute of injury time.

The result left Niigata bottom of the Japanese top flight, while the Reds have 10 points from four matches.

Joining them in that category is Cerezo Osaka, who were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Vegalta Sendai.

Jubilo Iwata and Sagan Tosu played out a thrilling 3-3 draw, with Yohei Toyoda scoring a hat-trick for Sagan.

Sanfrecce Hiroshima smashed Shimizu S-Pulse 4-0 away from home, with Hisato Sato scoring a brace for the rampant winners.

Omiya Ardjia and Kashiwa Reysol both scored 3-1 home wins over Kashima Antlers and Oita Trinita respectively.

Kawasaki Frontale denied a breakthrough win for Ventforet Kofu in a 1-1 draw, with the home side scoring in the 88th minute via Yusuke Igawa.

Nagoya Grampus got past Shonan Bellmare 2-0, chalking up back-to-back wins to give them seven points through four.
