Tottenham will have assistant manager Joe Jordan banned for their first foray into the Champions League quarter-finals.
UEFA announced the one-game ban, and one-match suspensions for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and midfielder Samir Nasri, ahead of today's draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals.
Jordan has been sanctioned for incidents that took place at Spurs' last-16 match at AC Milan when he clashed with Gennaro Gattuso, who was later given a four-match ban for headbutting him.
Wenger and Nasri were banned for using inappropriate language towards referee Massimo Busacca after he sent off Robin van Persie in their defeat by Barcelona.
Spurs, who last made the last eight of the European Cup in 1962, will have their quarter-final fate decided by former striker Gary Lineker, who will make the draw at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland in his role at ambassador for the final at Wembley on May 28.
The draw at 11am GMT will be completely open and unseeded meaning Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham could all face each other, or come up against Spanish powerhouses Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Barcelona have already knocked out Arsenal, but Wayne Rooney insists they hold no fear for Manchester United, who were beaten by the Catalan side in the 2009 final.
"We will be confident we can win whoever we get in the next round," said the England striker.
"If you are going to win this tournament you have to play anyone - and beat them."
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is hoping to avoid his former clubs.
He said: "I prefer to avoid Chelsea and Inter because emotionally it's difficult playing against your people and your friends.
"If we have to play them then we will play them as we are all professionals but I'll have to forget they are my people.
"Emotionally I will have to better prepare myself to play Inter or Chelsea."
Holders Inter Milan also represent a strong threat after their last-gasp elimination of Bayern Munich, while Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk, appearing in the quarter-finals for the first time, have shown against Arsenal and Roma this season that they are a force to be reckoned with.
Schalke are the rank outsiders, at least in terms of the bookmakers, and they sacked manager Felix Magath this week after a disappointing first half of the season in the Bundesliga which sees them currently in 10th position.
The quarter-final ties will be played on April 5/6 and 12/13. The semi-final pairings will also be drawn tomorrow with the matches on April 26/27 and May 3/4.
The draw for the Europa League quarter-finals and semi-finals will also take today but there are no English or Scottish teams left in the tournament.
It too will be open and unseeded, and the Europa League final takes place in Dublin on May 18.
