Tomi Juric says he is fit and ready to start for the Socceroos against Peru if called upon to replace injured striker Andrew Nabbout.
Nabbout is set to miss the final Group C match after dislocating his shoulder in the second half of the 1-1 draw with Denmark.
Juric is vying for a starting berth, along with Tim Cahill and Jamie Maclaren, and replaced Nabbout in Samara against the Danes.
The striker insists he is fully fit to start against the South American nation in Sochi.
“It feels good, there’s no problem,” he said.
“It was just a little bit of maintenance stuff for myself that I had to sort out, but it was never an issue really. I’ve prepared every game the same. We’ll just see now what the boss thinks is the best for the team.

“I just have to knuckle down and keep doing what I’m doing. It is what it is, I can’t change it, I’ve just got to keep my head down and do my work, it’s not up to me. I do my part and the rest is out of my hands.”
Australia recorded a 1-1 draw with Denmark, after a Mile Jedinak penalty tied it up.
Juric admits a draw was probably a fair result, but believes the Socceroos “had them on the ropes” in the final stages.
“We didn’t start the way we should have, or could have,” the forward said.
“Conceding early put us under the pump and we definitely had a lot of work to do to get back into it. Finally the VAR did something good, something right. Obviously it’s a handball and a change at goal so it’s helped us get back into the game.
"It was a flip of the coin match, it could have gone either way. A draw is a fair result today. We were a little bit unfortunate not to maybe nick a goal in some parts.
"Aaron (Mooy) had a killer of a shot and it just went past. We created a few chances and looked dangerous in the last 15, 20 minutes of the game. Now we need a big result against Peru.”
