Socceroo striker Tomi Juric continued his goal-scoring form in Switzerland, finding the net in FC Luzern’s 1-1 draw on Sunday morning (AEDT).
Juric opened the scoring away at St Gallen on 51 minutes, producing a clinical finish after excellent lead-up play from Marco Schneuwly.
The draw keeps Luzern in fourth spot in the Swiss Super League, six points clear of St Gallen in fifth.
His goal – his first in the league since October – comes just over a week since his brace and assist in a Swiss Cup match.
It’s also the third straight game the 25-year-old has completed 90 minutes which is a positive sign ahead of the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Iraq and UAE.
