THE agent of Udinese midfielder Gaetano d'Agostino believes Juventus are set to launch a bid for his client in January.
Reports in the Italian media have been linking the 26-year-old with a move to the Old Lady in recent days, despite their being no official confirmation or denial of any interest from either party.
But today Franco Zavaglia confirmed there had been interest in D'Agostino from Juventus in the past, and he believed they would be inquiring about the player again.
"Juve have been following D'Agostino before now, and I think the idea of looking at him has arisen again," he told Corriere dello Sport.
"Gaetano has now matured in a football sense and many people have noticed it. At Udine he has improved his qualities by finding the right role for himself in midfield.
"There has been no contact with the Bianconeri, but I believe this is the Turin club's idea."
