If Jeju defeat Pohang Steelers tomorrow then the islanders will go six points clear at the top.

And it could have been worse for Seoul, who found themselves a goal down after 30 minutes when a corner from Song Jong-hyun picked out Adrian Chuva and the Brazilian striker made no mistake.

Seoul dominated after the break and got the goal they deserved with 12 minutes remaining thanks to a Dejan Damjanovic header.

"This is a game that we should have won as we played very well," said Seoul coach Nelo Vingada.

"It is frustrating not to take three points from this fixture but we have to settle for just the one. There are still a number of games remaining however."

A first-half free-kick from Yoon Bitgaram gave Gyeongnam a 1-0 win over Daegu FC to move into third place, just a point behind Seoul.

"When I was called up for the national team recently, I watched good free-kick takers such as Park Chu-young and Ki Sung-yong and learned from them," Yoon said.

Elsewhere, Ulsan Horang-I moved into fifth following a 2-0 win at Busan I'Park.
