AC MILAN will not allow Kaka to play for Brazil at this summer's Olympics in Beijing.
The South Americans had hoped the playmaker, who previously claimed he would like to play, would be available for selection especially after the Rossoneri failed to qualify for the preliminary round of the Champions League.
But Milan said: "In view of the Olympic Games in China, Milan confirms that it will show no impediment for under-23 players like Alexandre Pato and Rodrigo Digao to join the (Olympic) national team.
"However, Milan will never grant an over-23 player like Kaka the same allowances considering the Brazilian champion is already a member of the Brazil national team, that is the National A team.
"The Rossoneri club does not consider it just that Kaka should be involved in the official games of Brazil's Olympic national team."
