Kaka injured his foot once again in his team's Serie A victory over Siena earlier this month, in what was supposed to be his comeback game following a month on the sidelines with a similar foot injury.

The Brazilian football federation revealed on their website today that the AC Milan midfielder has had very positive results from medical tests.

A statement on www.cbf.com.br read: "Kaka, alongside the national team doctor Jose Luis Runco is going back to the Granja Comary (Brazil's training camp in Teresopolis). Kaka was admitted to a hospital in Rio de Janeiro to undergo a tomography on his left foot that revealed no injuries."

It is a big boost to Brazil, currently second in the South American qualifying zone, who travel to Ecuador on March 29 and take on Peru in Porto Alegre on April 1.

Meanwhile, the CBF revealed that Adriano also missed today's training with "pains in his left ankle" and instead worked with physiotherapist Luiz Alberto Roldan, but the Inter Milan striker is expected to be fully fit for Sunday.
