SYDNEY FC chairman Andrew Kemeny took a parting shot at Socceroo John Aloisi for apparently being too greedy when the club was negotiating with him.
For all the scenes from the press conference...

“John Aloisi, without disclosing the amount of money he's on, was asking for the rest of the season – that's till January which is less than half a season – as much as the most expensive marquee signing,” said a miffed Kemeny at today's John Kosmina press conference.
Aloisi signed for NSW rivals Central Coast last weekend after much speculation about his future.
“I could probably get two or three Michael Bridges for that price," said Kemeny. "People said in the media we'd missed out. We hadn't. John priced himself out.”
Kemeny added that the player would have a release to join a European club before the finals series if such an offer arose.
This contradicts what Mariners chairman Lyall Gorman has stated, saying Aloisi was at Bluetonge till the end of Central Coast's playing commitments for season three of the A-League.
The words will no doubt fire up the Socceroo who, from all reports, looked good earlier today in his first training session with the Coast ahead of Sunday's NSW derby against FC.
