Harry Kewell has been linked with the manager's job at Yeovil Town after the League Two club sacked Darren Way.
Way has been sacked after losing 10 of the Glovers past 12 matches.
Yeovil sit in 22nd spot on the table, just two points above the relegation zone.
Kewell is one of a number of head coaches reportedly being considered for the role.
Ex-Bristol Rovers boss Darrell Clarke, former Grimsby Town manager Paul Hurst and ex-Notts County head coach Kevin Nolan have also been linked to the position.
Kewell was axed by Notts last November after just 14 games in charge.
The 40-year-old has been without a club since then.
