SOCCEROOS star Harry Kewell is refusing to rule out the possibility that he could still be around to enjoy a tilt at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The 31-year-old winger spoke with Channel Nine's 60 Minutes program on Sunday night and there was no hint that he is ready to call it a day at international level just yet.
"I'm not going to rule it (being around for the 2014 tournament) out," Kewell said.
"I love the game as much as I've ever loved the game before in my whole life, so the passion won't go away.
"It's just whether my body can handle the stress of going through another four years of football, which I personally think it can."
Surgeon Dr John Garvey told the program that he believes Kewell could get another five years (football) out of his body.
