EXCLUSIVE: Harry Kewell's reps have scoffed at reports the Aussie flyer will be leaving the English Premiership for a stint in the Spanish sun.
Speaking with au.fourfourtwo.com today, the Socceroo star's representatives laughed off the story that he may leave Liverpool and join up with Chris Coleman's Real Sociedad in the Spanish Segunda league.
“Obviously there is not any truth to the Spain rumours,” a Kewell insider told us.
English newspaper The Daily Mirror had reported last week that the former Fulham boss was looking at Kewell to boost the side's attack.
Kewell meanwhile has not played for the Reds this season after picking up a groin strain. The side has sizzled on the park in his absence and currently sits on top of the EPL undefeated after four games on ten points.
The Socceroo's four-year contract at Anfield is up at the end of the season. He joined from Leeds United in 2003 and has made 124 appearances and scored 16 goals for the famous English club.
