FORMER Sydney marquee target Patrick Kluivert has revealed he wants to end his playing career with Ajax.
The 31-year-old striker joined Ligue 1 outfit Lille at the start of the season, but his contract there is set to end in the summer with no plans for a renewal at the moment.
Kluivert began his senior career with Ajax in 1994 and spent two years there before joining AC Milan.
And the former Holland international admits he would love to finish his career where it all began.
"If it was up to me, I would end my career at Ajax," he told ELF magazine.
"I hope the people who have the authority there will also find it fantastic that I want to end my career in Amsterdam."
