SOCCEROO Jason Culina will be out of action at PSV Eindhoven for three weeks following exploratory surgery on his knee.
The PSV midifelder had a small tear in his outer meniscus which had been troubling him but the surgery has now solved that problem.
"He was feeling pain for quite some time. Because his knee swelled up we performed exploratory surgery," club doctor Cees-Rein van den Hoogeband told the PSV website.
"We expect that Jason will need three weeks before he is ready to play again."
