Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has moved to quell rumours of a transfer away from the Emirates Stadium.
The France international was key for Arsene Wenger's side as they went 10 games unbeaten at the end of the Premier League season to secure a UEFA Champions League berth ahead of rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
His excellent form has reportedly attracted interest from Barcelona and Champions League holders Bayern Munich.
But the 27-year-old reaffirmed his desire to stay in London.
"I have (a) four-year contract. For now, I am still at Arsenal," he toldĀ La Montagne.
Koscienly cited Champions League football as an important factor for staying at the club, and pinpointed Arsenal's 2-0 second-leg victory against Bayern in the Champions League round of 16, which saw them eliminated on away goals, as the cataylst for their reversal in fortunes.
"The second leg of the Champions League against Bayern Munich was a trigger for us. In the process, we almost won everything," he added.
"The most important thing is that Arsenal is in the Champions League. It is super exciting to play against the best teams in Europe."
